FramingEstablishment.com Refund Policy

We want you to love your framed piece as much as we loved crafting it. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day refund policy to make things right.

Eligibility

           Refunds are available within 30 days of the delivery date.

           Item must be in its original condition and packaging.

           Custom frames and artwork are eligible unless damaged or altered after delivery.

Return Process

1.          Contact Us at info@framingestablishment.com with your order number and reason for return.

2.          We’ll provide a return authorization and instructions.

3.          Ship the item back using a trackable method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

           Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.

           Please allow 5–7 business days for processing.

           Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or not as expected, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll make it right—whether that means a replacement, refund, or repair.
