We take pride in creating custom frames and designs just for you. Once you approve a design, it’s considered final. Because each piece is made to order, we can’t offer returns unless there’s a mistake or damage. If something’s not right, we’ll make it right—just reach out within 7 days of delivery.

 

2. Payments

All prices are listed in USD and may change from time to time. We accept secure payments through Shopify’s checkout system. Please make sure your billing info is accurate so we can process your order smoothly.

 

3. Shipping

We ship with care and aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. If your item arrives damaged, let us know within 7 days and we’ll help sort it out.

 

4. Your Artwork

If you upload or submit artwork for framing, you’re confirming that you have the rights to use it. We’ll never use your images for anything else without your permission.

 

5. Our Designs

All content on our site—including photos, text, and branding—is owned by Framing Establishment. Please don’t reuse it without asking.
